To present Só Collective, the new home for Irish design at Kildare Village – as part of ‘From the Isle’ – an exciting new project that weaves together diverse threads of Irish talent – to top tier Irish fashion and lifestyle media, bloggers, key influencers and stylists. The Só Collective retail space itself incorporates an eclectic mix of fashion, craft, homeware and lifestyle pieces.
To host a sophisticated-with-an-Irish-twist morning event, showcasing this new retail space while educating guests of Kildare Village’s commitment in supporting home grown Irish design talent. The event was attended by the crème de la crème of Irish fashion and lifestyle media and began with a private train from Heuston Station, which brought guests directly to the event in Kildare Village.
Upon arrival to the Só Collective space at Kildare Village, guests sipped on breakfast cocktails and enjoyed a selection of delicious, ‘From the Isle’ inspired canapés using Irish ingredients while Traditional Irish group ‘Rue’ served as superb entertainment reinforcing the ‘From the Isle’ theme, celebrating Irish talent. Guests browsed the impressive collections and mingled with the designers, with many purchasing pieces on the day.
Só Collective is part of the 2016 campaign ‘From the Isle’ by Kildare Village, bringing Irish design, talent and identity to a wider and international audience through a celebration of Irish fashion, design, food, craftsmanship, cultural outreach and events.
