What we’re looking for: We are looking for someone with a real passion for the power of PR and its ability to have a positive impact on business objectives. Someone who is a confident, creative, and highly capable communications leader with a track record of delivering successful corporate communication campaigns, and of developing, guiding, growing, and leading a team. He/she should also have excellent account management and interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong business development acumen.
The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse client business strategies and develop communication plans to deliver against them; have confidence in consulting to client senior management; demonstrate outstanding project management skills; the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues; and excellent people management skills.
A minimum of six years’ experience in communications is required – ideally but not necessarily – within an agency environment. Salary will be market related, reflecting the position, the level of experience required, as well as each candidate’s individual skillset and capability.
