We were both delighted and proud to scoop four awards at the PRCA Awards for Excellence 2017 !

The PRCA Awards for Excellence are the only PR industry awards in Ireland and highlight best practice in public relations and communications and showcase the best the PR profession has to offer.

Best Consumer PR Campaign (over 50K); Guinness Open Gate Brewery ‘Taste of Beer’

The excellence of the winning campaign was cited in terms of its original, PR driven thinking – through to its achievement of credible, highly visible, product exposure.    Given the market dynamics, the approach taken successfully broke new ground: with one judge describing it as “successfully disrupting the disruptors’

 

Best Sports Campaign; AIB Backing Club & County ‘The Toughest’

The winner demonstrated the top class results which well planned, and thoughtfully executed, sports PR can achieve – both for the sponsored property and the sponsor.  The creativity and energy employed, brought the event to a new, top spot, in a premium, crowded environment.  Post event research shows the remarkable exploitation, and value, of the involvement in the sponsorship.  

 

 

 

Best Consumer Relations Campaign (under 20K); Bord Bia Eggs Campaign with The O’Donovan Brothers ‘Fuel for a Busy Life’

What differentiated our winner was the timely fusion of a creative, humorous approach, with the natural, tongue-in-cheek, attributes of the personalities involved.  This was fun, and a great brand fit, and achieved “eggs-stra-ordinary” results.

 

 

Best Sponsorship; Electric Ireland ‘The Power Within’

Alongside the outstanding PR execution, the dimensions noted by the judges were: the cut through, in a highly challenging context; the strong, positive, narrative built, well beyond the event itself;   the dynamic imagery created; the real connections made;   and the post activation research, which showed all the objectives set were met, and far exceeded.
